Eric Van Lustbader Profile and Books

Eric Van Lustbader was born and grew up in New York. Before becoming a full-time writer, he worked as a teacher and in the music industry.

Lustbader’s first novel, The Sunset Warrior, was published in 1975 and he now has more than 25 published novels including fantasy series and graphic novels. His novels have been translated into over 20 languages.

In 2003, Lustbader was asked by the estate of the late Robert Ludlum to continue the series featuring the international assassin Jason Bourne. The 7th Bourne novel by Lustbader is due in 2012 (Robert Ludlum produced the first three).

The other series on which Lustbader is currently working features Jack McLure and Allie Carson and currently extends to three novels.
