Chris Pavone is a thriller author who lives in Greenwich Village in New York. After attending school in Brooklyn, followed by Cornell University, Pavone went on to work in the publishing industry for about 20 years – mostly as an editor.
He started writing as a ghost writer and produced an unpublishable novel before beginning work on ‘The Expats’. His wife, an executive with a publishing company, was sent to Luxemburg, and the trip inspired Pavone’s award winning novel. He has since produced a second novel and is now working on a third.
He lives in New York with his family including twin boys.
