Jaye Ford Profile and Books

Jaye Ford was born in 1963 in Sydney, Australia. She grew up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and went on to study Communications. She worked as a journalist and TV presenter for 12 years before starting a public relations consultancy.

Jaye had always wanted to write and eventually, at the age of 40, decided that the only way to become a writer was to just do it. She started writing Romance fiction without a lot of success before turning to psychological thrillers.

Her main character is usually an ordinary woman finding her world threatened, so her books are very easy to relate to. As an Australian, I also find the Australian culture and geography appealing.

Her psychological thrillers have been hugely successful in Australia and around the world and we hope to see more soon.

Jaye is now a full-time writer living in Lake Macquarie in the NSW Hunter Valley with her husband and two children.
