Conn Iggulden Profile and Books

Conn Iggulden is a British author born in 1971. He mostly writes historical fiction but has also co-authored The Dangerous Books which are very popular books for boys.

When I first saw Iggulden’s book list, I was amazed at how many novels he has written at his age. But, he sent a manuscript every year from the age of 13 and it took till he was 30 before one of his novels was published. He has published a novel per year since then. During the years of rejection, Iggulden taught English ending up as the head of English at a high school in London.

He now lives in Hertfordshire with his wife, four children and two dogs (when not travelling to research his next novel).
